No, you no longer need to book an hourly gym slot, simply turn up and scan in.
You are not tied into any contracts all that We require is a full moths notice which you can give by clicking the button below and filling out the contact us form. We can freeze your membership for only £5 a month
*** please make sure to give the adequate months notice to prevent any penalties
yes you can purchase a day pass by clicking the button below. you will have all the info needed via email

Once you have signed up you will receive a welcome email prompting you to download the FitSense app, this is where your unique access barcode will be.
**** please read email thoroughly as it will have passwords needed to enter the gym floors and access the App.
During manned hours (6am-8pm Mon- Fri & 10am-2pm Sat-Sun) Our gym floor supervisors are on hand to answer any queries and will help you with equipment and advice,
Your Fitsense password will be in your welcome email, make sure you read it thoroughly
Highlight tanning salon is not included in membership and is strictly for over 18's as stated in your T&c's. Tokens can be purchased in the vending machines.
All member included classes are booked via the app. any open classes are booked via the instructor.
