 Unit 24 Fitness Centre Aldershot is a  spacious 24 hour gym with no contract. Spread across two floors.  Our ground floor is where you will find our free weights area, state-of-the-art strength conditioning equipment, changing rooms and the Lounge where you can sit and grab a protein drink.  The ground floor has a unique touch.. dark lighting so you can get on with your training without worrying about who else is around.

Our first floor is where all the cardio machines are, more pin selected resistance machines, HDTV's to help pass the time on the treadmill, our large matted area, studios including Spin, sports injury and beauty clinic. Team workout and fitness classes are included in membership (apart from those indicated on the timetable) and are booked via FitSense.
